Using the BINI platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. The Service

BINI is a geospatial business-discovery platform for the Binyamin region. We provide a search engine, business pages, reviews, and contact options. The platform is intended for lawful use only.

3. User Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Report any unauthorized use immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. User-Submitted Content

Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they publish. Posting offensive, misleading, or copyright-infringing content is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the platform, including design, code, and logo, belong to BINI. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of content without explicit permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. BINI is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any dispute shall be brought before the competent courts in Israel.
